Crowned king at age ten, he was only fourteen when the Peasants' Revolt terrorized London. The Lords Appellant, as they came to be known, purged the royal household with the help of the Merciless Parliament. They murdered his closest allies, leaving the King alone and defenseless. He would never forget his humiliation at the hands of his subjects. Story Behind The Book

Shon helps his readers by writing a book on getting past the "blame game" in our personal lives. The only way to a healthy future is to accept the past for what it is..the past. Today is a new day and when we are healed of our past hurts and disapointments the we can be helpful to others who are hurting from their past.
