My Li'l Paradise ~ Built to Last is Ms. Koelbransen's first serious literary endeavor, however, not her maiden voyage. Her calling to write beckoned her as early as her college days. One of her first short stories was chosen to be published in her college literary magazine and in more recent years, one of her poems was elected for a national publication. This particular project, though, has been a labor of love; therefore, she considers this to be a gift to all those souls who are the perpetually enduring romantics in this world. Living in the New York/New Jersey area all her life has offered Ms. Koelbransen a heaping dose of diverse opportunities. She has dabbled in a variety of eclectic interests including astrology, designing and creating jewelry, community stage arts and a regular practice of yoga with her furry feline, Amber. When all is said and done, though, Ms. Koesbransen's greatest inspiration is her two sons, who have taught her so much about life and love and with whom she enjoys a close and fulfilling relationship.
