Dr. Bailey is an Engineering Professor Emeritus from Arizona State University. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, where he received his educatioin. Today, he and his wife Petra spend their time in Mesa and Pinetop, Arizona. Dr. Bailey retired early to pursue a second career as a historian and novelist. He is also the author of Bailey's Blood, The Baileys of Southeast Kentucky, and other published short stories and textbooks.
