Hailing from Mount Vernon, New York, I overcame a series of setbacks in my life to accomplish my goal of becoming a writer. Being true to the phrase 'you can't keep a good man down' I've endured the urban mean streets, homelessness, incarceration, disabilities, and other pitfalls to come out on top and successful.

I wrote Price Heart, my first novel, and published it through my own independent publishing company Maroon Warrior Publishing LLC. I am an entrepreneur, blogger, and freelance writer. My company was founded to give an outlet to other urban writers and help them to get their work out. I have a family and currently live in New York.
