“I have wanted to talk to God for as long as I can remember.  As a young child, I was taught that prayer was the same thing as talking to God.  But when I prayed, I wanted to hear God’s responses back to me.  I wanted Him to answer my questions.  But I never got a response back.  As I got older and drifted away from organized religion, I was not sure who God was at all.  Was the Creator a He, She or It?  My need for answers grew even greater.”
