Jamie Klein

Jamie Klein has over 30 years experience in the sales and marketing real estate profession with a focus on Lead Management and Shared Ownership. This includes 20 years of operating his highly successful real estate company, DRRealty that now does business as the Lore Institute. He is the only one in the shared ownership industry that was individually chosen by the three largest brands in the shared ownership and hospitality industry to develop their Lead Management systems and execute their Sales and Marketing programs. Jamie’s expertise coupled with his leadership skills on lead management and sales and marketing programs help to launch theses three major brands into the shared ownership industry. Under his leadership he helped launch Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Desert into the timeshare business for Marriott Vacation Club during the early nineties. Four Seasons hired Jamie to develop a new luxury shared ownership business enterprise for them in 1996. From scratch Jamie developed the lead management and sales and marketing operation for Four Seasons to market and sell their timeshare and fractional products in North America and Mexico. Starwood, then hired Jamie in 2002 to develop their fractional business model nation wide and then perform all the lead management and sales and marketing disciplines for the St. Regis brand. Jamie launched The St. Regis Residence Clubs for Starwood, in 2003 thus marketing their entry into the fractional sales and marketing business.


His career also includes many accomplishments in the General Real Estate, Luxury Real Estate, Lead Management, Fractional and Vacation Ownership industries where he has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and lead management.
