Mamma named me Shine not just because of my sunshine colored fur, but because the day she came to get me I was shining with excitement.
I was abandoned in a snowy ditch on Christmas Eve. Rescued by two firemen, I was taken to a shelter, where few dogs ever went home.
One day a lady came and took me away to be warm and fed and loved…
