In the late 1970's and early 1980's there were a lot of young men with no plan for the future. Many made bad decisions. The was the case with Mike. Even though his heart was in the right place his desire for excitement was like an obsession. The problem was that Mike was an expert handgun champion which made this combination very dangerous. Winding up in a foreign country injured, scared, and with a lack of patience made him continue to make decisions that endangered everyone around him.
