I'm author and illustrator J.D. Holiday. I have three children’s books out: Janoose the Goose & The Spy Game, both picture books, & I have a chapter book for six to nine year olds, The Great Snowball Escapade.
I'm the host of two radio shows for kids, It's Story Time,and Halo Kids Tales, a children's reading show with stories of faith. I also have an interview show called, The Authors' Words showcasing authors with a Q&A and a reading by the author from their book. My shows are free promotion for authors. Refused help from her hard Catholic mother in New York, unable to abort her baby, she accepts the kindness of Miriam, her Jewish landlady, whose own barren life spills into compassionate assistance for the daughter she never had.</p><p>The poignancy of its ending, its generosity and acceptance, echoes the bitter disappointment of those of us who hoped for so much more, but who remember its joy, and its promise, as though untarnished by time.</p>
