The Story Behind This Book

Over the years I have jotted notes to myself on marketing concepts and various marketing-related ideas, philosophies, and tips. The main purpose of these has been for use in my consulting work with clients, or in my own writing. The quotes and phrases in this book are either my own thoughts on marketing or abridged versions of other people's words.
