It's supposed to be a time of healing. That's bullshit as far as Press is concerned!

Press has now thoroughly offended everyone around him. His woman is gone, his heart is broken, and he's just simply in a pissy mood!

Lieutenant Wallace is watching Press implode and take his entire Virginia Beach PD Homicide Squad down with him. He's had enough, and he puts Press on a paid leave until he gets his act together and gets the "back to work" approval from the department shrink!

The next thing you know, Press and Jones are packed and on their way to Maine.

God help any perp that gets in his way!

Great short stories! November 26, 2011

I got the first story "free on Kindle"....I am not a fan of short stories but I am from Virginia and was interested in the Virginia Beach connection. Easy to read, love the series...Oh, and the price is right :}
