It is an illustrated story of a relationship that soured and eventually went bad. The story is told by a pair of gorgeous legs. It's edgy and makes a great coffee table book for adults.
The book would be an excellent gift for either gender. The men will love the photos of the glorious female appendages; especially the leg men out there and the ladies will appreciate the humor of realizing the guy only wants one thing and then promptly dumping him. Even nonreaders will appreciate this small, short and easy to read gift. Humorous, intelligently and tastefully done, I would recommend this one as a truly unique gift for friends, family and anyone going through a break up.

It's edgy and makes a great coffee table book for adults. A bit risque, it is not a book I would allow around children. But adults will appreciate the fresh dialog that is delivered with attitude.
The black and white photography could almost tell the story without adding any words. But it is the language that takes the book over the edge. The author tells us, My next boyfriend will be normal. But the story, told by the legs from beginning to end, is short. Sometimes with only one or two lines per page, it's the body language conveyed in the photo that completes every sentence.
Every night he called me to ask if I missed him. How can I miss you, if you won't go away? Divided into sections. The book begins with, In the beginning there were legs and ends with Legs of Forgiveness.
It took me about fifteen minutes to read it the first time. I went back and spent a little longer the second time, finding interesting language in the black and white photography. I laughed throughout the book and identified, as most women will, with the attitudes portrayed.
It makes a great gift for a girlfriend, particularly one who is fed up with the dating scene, going through or had a recent break up.

What a quirky and clever book Legs Talk is. It's unlike anything I've read before: creative and novel, with a voice far from sugar-coated.

This story is a guy meets girl, guy wants one thing, girl gets tired of it and kicks him to the curb. It is told in a very creative way, through black and white photos and one liners. It is a story I think most women have lived through and is told in a way that helps you see that you are not alone without getting overwhelmed in emotions.
This was a cute book that I enjoyed. Since I love to read and am inspired by photos, this book sparked my feminine side and my creative side. It opened my mind up to the possibilities to tell an adult story with photos.
I thought this was a great find.

Legs Talk is the kind of playful, tongue-in-cheek gift book women buy their girlfriends to bolster their confidence through tumultuous breakups. Its humor, sometimes teasing and sometimes harsh, seeks to remind women that everyone has been through what you're going through, and you'll pull through all right, just like the rest of us did.
