The Story Behind This Book

The catalyst began in September 2007 when I observed a young lady fail at a job interview like an unprepared high-school student fails a college-level calculus exam. Her future job prospects concerned me. This prompted me to write this book, the gospel according to Andrea. After more than twenty years of work experience, eight jobs, countless training sessions, books, conferences and speeches on customer service, I can write on this subject. I put myself on assignment.
