The rewards of teaching are the many things you learn from your students. Kindergarten is one of the most delightful grades because the students are so eager to please. They are many time a blank slate as far as learning is concerned. Watching their canvas fill with knowledge and seeing the look of wonder and delight when they learn something new delights their teacher. This in itself is reward enough for the teacher, but children this age come with an extra special blessing to the teacher.
