The Story Behind This Book
This book is the culmination of a 10 year journey! It condenses a lot of information into 9, easy to apply principles. Approximately 10 years ago, I was standing at my kitchen sink. I prayed and asked God for a health program, and right then and there, I received GREAT DAYS! I immediately stopped doing the dishes, and began to write down the acronym.
