The Story Behind This Book

The story behind my book began with my own healing. I went through a period in life where I felt completely disconnected—from others, from myself, and even from the things that used to bring me joy. I kept searching for answers outside of me, but the real turning point came when I started listening inward. This book was born out of that quiet, painful, and beautiful process. It’s a reflection of the lessons I learned as I navigated grief, burnout, anxiety, and self-doubt. But more than that, it’s an offering—for anyone who’s ever felt broken, lost, or like they had to hold it all together while falling apart inside. The Art of Healing isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about making space to feel, to soften, and to come back to who you really are. Writing it helped me heal—and I hope reading it helps others do the same.
